The Field Service Technician will perform installation, repair, preventative maintenance, leveling, alignment, and diagnostics on CNC machines in a fast-paced manufacturing service environment. Key Responsibilities Service complex CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and 5-axis equipment, with a focus on uptime, quality, and customer satisfaction. Perform machine installation, leveling, alignment, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Troubleshoot hydraulic, electronic, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical system issues. Respond with urgency to machine-down situations and complete repairs efficiently and professionally. Accurately document service activity, findings, repairs, parts usage, and next steps at the time of service. Communicate clearly with customers, team members, internal departments, and vendors regarding service status, arrival times, updates, and completion.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
