About the Position As a Draft Technician , you'll provide hands-on service at restaurants, bars, breweries, and other customer locations. You'll have your own route, company truck, and the tools you need to get the job done. If you enjoy working with your hands, being on the road, solving problems, and working independently , this could be a great fit. You'll also be part of a team that takes pride in providing reliable, professional service our customers can count on. What You'll Do Clean and maintain draft beer and wine lines Inspect systems and troubleshoot basic issues Complete assigned routes and appointments efficiently Provide friendly, professional customer service Follow company safety and service standards Work independently while being part of a supportive team What We're Looking For You don't need prior draft system experience—we provide paid training and the tools you need to learn the job. We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and responsible Comfortable working independently Friendly and professional with customers Willing to learn and take direction Comfortable working with tools and equipment Organized and able to manage an assigned route Proud of the work they do Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently. Comfortable working in confined spaces Able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods Comfortable driving throughout an assigned territory Prior draft system experience is a plus, but not required What We Provide We want our technicians to have the tools, support, and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us: Company truck equipped with the tools needed for the job Paid training
