Opportunity:

911 Flood Warriors is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Field Intake & Scoping Specialist to partner with us as a 1099 Independent Contractor. When water emergencies strike, you will be the crucial first responder for our clients. If you are highly organized, have a reliable vehicle, and want a flexible contractor role where your accuracy directly translates to income, we want to talk to you.

What You Will Do:

Emergency Intakes:

Secure signatures on the Work Authorization and Direct Payment Assignment before beginning any inspection.

Detailed Documentation:

Use our field software to capture 50 to 100 clear photos per site (including street view, damage, and moisture readings) with typed descriptions.

Site Scoping:

Accurately log measurements on the Standard Scope Sheet, including baseboards, drywall cuts, flooring, and equipment counts.

Prompt Submissions:

Submit initial intakes within 4 hours (absolute cutoff at 8:00 PM for afternoon jobs), and upload progress/post-mitigation logs within 6 hours.

Key Skills Required:

Tech-Savvy:

Highly comfortable using smartphone apps for field documentation, photo labeling, and securing digital signatures.

Measuring & Scoping:

Basic math skills and the ability to accurately use a tape measure to calculate square footage and linear feet.

Customer Service:

Professionalism and empathy when interacting with property owners navigating stressful home emergencies.

Time Management:

Ability to work independently, manage your own travel, and hit strict daily submission deadlines. What You Need to
