Job Description
Field Service Technician (Team Lead) T2 Company Overview Asurety is a successful, growing company specializing in dryer vent and fireplace inspections/cleanings for apartments and condos. This is a recession-proof, in-demand service, and business is booming. Position Overview As the Team Lead, you'll lead a small crew of 1-2 technicians, performing meticulous dryer vent and chimney inspections/cleanings in multifamily housing. Work involves cleaning out the chimney through the fireplace or dryer vent in the laundry room. About 20% of your time will be indoors; the balance outside on 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-floor apartment complexes. You'll have a company truck with a 32' ladder and full tools.

Responsibilities include:
leading the team to hit daily production goals with a sense of urgency while maintaining thorough, high-quality results; completing detailed reports; maintaining tools and equipment; and performing repairs as needed. Qualifications (Must-Haves) 3+ years of experience leading teams in construction, remodeling, service, or related blue-collar field Able to safely carry and use a 32' ladder (not afraid of heights) Valid driver's license Reliable transportation required to travel to and from the company vehicle pickup location daily. Verifiable references showing long tenure and leadership. Proven ability to drive a team to meet production goals with urgency while delivering excellent work.Clean Driving Record:
