Job Description
Responsibilities include:
leading the team to hit daily production goals with a sense of urgency while maintaining thorough, high-quality results; completing detailed reports; maintaining tools and equipment; and performing repairs as needed. Qualifications (Must-Haves) 3+ years of experience leading teams in construction, remodeling, service, or related blue-collar field Able to safely carry and use a 32' ladder (not afraid of heights) Valid driver's license Reliable transportation required to travel to and from the company vehicle pickup location daily. Verifiable references showing long tenure and leadership. Proven ability to drive a team to meet production goals with urgency while delivering excellent work.Clean Driving Record:
Must have a clean driving record with no suspensions or violations within the last 5 years.Clean Background Check:

Compensation & Benefits Starting at $21.00 per hour (based on experience) 40 hours accrued vacation in year 1, increasing to 80 hours after Paid holidays and paid time off Health and dental insurance Some travel may be required (hotel and meal per-diem paid by company)Work Location:
