We're looking for a hands-on technician who can keep our attractions running smoothly in the field. What You'll Do Provide technical field support (remote & on-site) for simulators and VR attractions.

Troubleshoot and maintain:

Simulator control PC s, A/V hardware, VR headsets, and local network gear Mechanical systems : motors, relays, sensors, switches, pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes Use schematics, documentation, and multimeters to diagnose and resolve issues Manage service tasks through our cloud-based work order system Handle parts ordering , shipping/receiving, and inventory Travel regularly (avg. 5 days/month) to museums and science centers to install, upgrade, or maintain equipment What We're Looking For Confident troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and PC-based systems Able to read schematics and use tools like a multimeter Strong communicator — patient and clear with non-technical users Background in industrial, mechanical, or automotive repair is a plus Must bring your own basic hand tools Organized, motivated, and willing to travel (avg. 1 trip/month, 5 days each) Perks Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match Work in a creative, mission-driven environment that makes a difference Pulseworks LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
