We specialize in non-surgical hair restoration systems and scalp therapy for clients experiencing medical and non-medical hair loss. This is NOT a traditional hair salon position. You will not be building an Instagram portfolio, fighting for booth space, or chasing walk-in haircuts. Instead, you will be performing specialized, life-changing technical work for a dedicated, long-term client base.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Required:
Active Maryland Cosmetology, Barbering, or Esthetics license (or healthcare background such as CNA/Dental Assistant with cosmetology experience). We will fully train the right candidate as long as you hold the proper credentials!
Required:
High attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and high empathy for clients navigating hair loss.
Required:
Comfortable working closely with scalp conditions, specialized cleaning solvents, long-wear adhesives, and natural sweat/oil buildup during system removal.
Required:
Flexibility to work a Tuesday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Preferred:
Experience in non-surgical hair replacement, wigs, or extension maintenance (not required—paid specialized training provided).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform system removal, scalp cleansing, exfoliation, and skin prep using specialized solvents. Thoroughly clean, recondition, and prepare custom human and synthetic hair replacement units. Secure systems using high-performance, medical-grade adhesives, tapes, and bonds. Perform precision cut-ins, blending, and styling to integrate hair units with natural client hair. Maintain strict station cleanliness, hygiene protocols, and proper equipment ventilation.
Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
