Job Description
Cleaning Technician - Minnesota Steady Eddie is seeking full-time Cleaning Technicians for our, Anoka, Minnesota location. This is a long-term, recession-proof career with opportunities for training and advancement . We're looking for motivated team members who want to serve others in a time of need and see projects through to completion. What You'll Do Clean and restore personal contents after fire, water, storm, or environmental damage . Safely move and transport items to our warehouse for additional restoration. Work on-site in customer homes or at our facility, depending on the project. Travel throughout the Midwest for jobs (company provides lodging such as Airbnb stays). Protect and manage contents using proper equipment and materials. Support teammates with a variety of restoration tasks to help customers get back to normal quickly. Communicate clearly with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience. Coach field technicians, monitor progress, and set clear expectations. Maintain safety standards and identify hazards on every job. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00am start, end time varies (overtime common) Rotational on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend jobs What We Offer $18 - $20/hr Starting Range Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off & holidays Company-paid travel expenses (lodging, mileage, per diem when applicable) What We're Looking For Previous cleaning experience is a plus (not required - we train). Valid U.S. driver's license with clean record. Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest (sometimes for several days at a time). Availability for rotational on-call work after hours and on weekends. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
