Responsibilities Provide second-level technical support to customers using remote tools or on-site visits to resolve IT issues. Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT equipment to restore functionality. Record detailed information on issues, solutions, and updates accurately in the ticketing system. Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and trust. Participate in after-hours support rotation as needed to maintain service availability. Adapt to new technologies and processes by actively learning and applying new skills during training.
