Hodge Industrial Technologies is hiring Field Service Technicians to service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial compressed air equipment. No air compressor experience required. We're looking for mechanically inclined problem-solvers with experience in industries such as: Automotive or diesel repair HVAC Industrial or manufacturing maintenance Electrical or electromechanical work Heavy equipment, forklifts, or machinery Hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, or generators Military mechanical/technical roles What You'll Do Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment Perform preventive maintenance and repairs Diagnose equipment failures Install and service industrial equipment Work independently at customer locations Communicate with customers and complete service documentation What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working with tools and equipment Basic electrical knowledge is a plus Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn Why Hodge?
