Field Service Tech Compensation:

$60,000 - $94,000 annually, depending on experience

Location:

Pryor, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Field Service Tech to join their team! This is an exciting direct hire opportunity for a hands-on service professional who enjoys solving problems in the field and supporting customers with high-quality HVAC and refrigeration systems. You'll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing specialized equipment while working closely with internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Travel to customer sites to service HVAC and refrigeration systems Troubleshoot system issues by phone, email, and in person Startup and tune refrigeration systems Perform routine and complex field service tasks Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions Support warranty reviews and service-related adjustments Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns Recommend improvements to products and service processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1+ year of related HVAC or refrigeration experience Commercial HVAC experience Ability to travel frequently for field service work Strong oral and written communication skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to read a tape measure accurately Valid driver's license EPA certification preferred Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

Refrigeration system experience Associate's degree or technical school training Experience with customer service and service resolution Knowledge of HVAC components and controls Ability to work independently in the field Experience in manufacturing environments
