Hillsboro, Oregon Experience Required We are seeking experienced LAM Equipment De-Installation Engineers with a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in LAM equipment de-installation, maintenance, installation or assembly. Key Responsibilities Decontamination, shutdown and de-installation of LAM systems Experience with Gamma, Vector PECVD, Vector Express platforms Daily pre-task planning and coordination with customers Removal of chamber kits, forelines, pumps and associated components Safe disconnection, isolation and capping of gas, liquid, vacuum and utility lines Electrical isolation and complete tool shutdown Full compliance with LOTO, customer EHS and site safety procedures Installation of caps, plugs, shipping fixtures and casters Tool audits, equipment assessment and photographic documentation Accurate completion of de-installation records and project status reports Effective communication with customers to ensure safety, quality and schedule requirements are met Preferred Experience LAM Gamma xPR / GxT Vector
CVD / XCL / DVD LAM
2300 or other LAM Dry Etch platforms Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment, process and associated utilities Experience with vacuum, gas, chemical, electrical and mechanical systems Strong customer service and communication skills Flexible approach to supporting customer requirements and possibly other toolsets Ability to work safely with heavy equipment and follow site-specific procedures
