Water Restoration Lead Technician
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Water Restoration Lead Technician will be responsible to execute all mitigation functions required by the IICRC industry standards. Expectations will include integrity of follow-through with all project needs and customer expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
─ Follow the company

values ─ Understand and follow safety expectations in the department ─ Inspections conducted to establish scope of work ─ Communicate scope and expectations to customers and all stakeholders ─ Execute the following: Water Mitigation, Fire Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Contents Services and Biohazard/Trauma Scene Clean-up ─ Carryout tasks delegated from the Director of Mitigation ─ Train and delegate job tasks to technicians as needed ─ Report job details to applicable Production Manager and rest of our team as needed. ─ Properly complete project documentation to allow for efficient estimating and invoicing ─ Maintain a professional appearance ─ Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
2+ Year of Experience in Mitigation Preferred
IICRC - WRT
Certification Required Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check Average Handle of Soft Skills Proficiency of Industry Technologies, i.e. MICA, Dash, ect. Preferred Ability to Routinely Lift 50+ lbs. Mandatory Shift in Weekly Rotating On-Call
