Job Type:
Full-time | On-call rotation required Build a Career in Restoration We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Restoration Technician to join our growing team. You'll respond to water, fire, and mold emergencies, help restore homes and businesses, and gain valuable skills along the way. If you're hardworking, dependable, and ready to learn a trade where no two days are the same, this could be the opportunity for you. What You'll Do Perform water mitigation, fire/smoke cleanup, and mold remediation Set up, monitor, and maintain drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers Extract water and remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation Take photos, moisture readings, and detailed job notes Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and organized Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Respond to emergency restoration situations as needed What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Strong work ethic and positive attitude Coachable and able to follow instructions Comfortable working nights, weekends, and participating in an on-call rotation Professional communication and customer service skills Nice to Have — Not Required IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT Previous restoration experience Construction, plumbing, demolition, or related trade experience Experience with insurance restoration work Compensation & Benefits $15+/hr based on experience Overtime and on-call pay Paid training and certification opportunities Company equipment and vehicles provided Paid time off On-the-job training Career advancement opportunities toward Lead Technician, Supervisor, or Estimator roles Supportive team environment Why Join Us?
