Unitylab Corp. is Hiring! At Harvis, Inc. we work to support business owners, their managers and Human Resource "departments of one" giving them a trusted HR Partner. Harvis is not a temporary staffing agency. We partner with clients to help identify and hire the right employees. Our client, UnityLab Corp., located in Dushore, PA is searching for a Field Service Technician to join their team in a full-time position. UnityLab Corp. specializes in manufacturing commercial appliances that work hard for small businesses and organizations. We put all our passion and design expertise into every product that carries our brand and are deeply committed to helping our customers use our products to their fullest potential. The field service technician is responsible for repair or troubleshooting of equipment during field visits or dispatches to customers' facilities. Technicians are responsible for managing projects on a day-to-day, and week-to-week basis. This includes diagnosing technical problems, determining proper solutions, and customer support. This position requires travel throughout Northeast PA.
Responsibilities:
Provide service and customer support during field visits Manage workflow and daily job goals Manage all on site repair, maintenance and test tasks Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Produce timely and detailed service reports Follow all company procedures and protocols Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations Build positive relationships with customers Communicate clearly
Experience and Skills:
Requirements:
Prior industrial equipment repair experience Technical degree or certification 100% travel Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules Organizational skills Basic computer skills Able to read blueprints Valid driver's license Field service experience (preferred not required) We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
