Regular Shift Role Overview:

We are seeking a Field Engineer to provide onsite laptop and desktop repair services in the metro area. This role involves hands-on break-fix work, peripheral replacements, and real-time ticket closure to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair laptops/desktops (hard drives, motherboards, keyboards). Perform unit swaps and peripheral repairs. Close service tickets in real time using company systems. Provide customer-facing technical support onsite. Travel across the metro area (own car + insurance required).

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. 1+ years of hands-on laptop/desktop repair experience. Computer-building background preferred. General knowledge of hardware/software and Microsoft applications. Must have own reliable car and insurance. Background clearance may be required.

Weekly Mileage:

250-350 per week possibly more.

Pay:

$24.29 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
