About the Position We are starting a local roof care and preservation division, specializing in residential roof tune-ups, surface preservation, and specialized liquid applications for homeowners across the greater Montgomery County area. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Field Technician who wants to grow quickly into a Crew Lead role. As our local job volume scales, this person will step up to manage job sites, run equipment, and tap into their local network to help bring in and manage extra helper labor as needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

Driving and operating utility vehicles and equipment trailers to and from local residential job sites. Performing light pre-treatment roof checks and minor maintenance (clearing debris, securing loose tabs or flashing). Setting up low-pressure application equipment, hoses, and proper roof/ladder safety gear. Evenly applying specialized liquid protective treatments and restoration sprays to asphalt shingle roofs. Maintaining a clean, organized job site, taking before-and-after project photos, and interacting professionally with homeowners. Stepping into a

Lead Role:

As operations scale, taking charge of on-site roof execution and coordinating additional crew members or labor as project demands grow.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

Experience working on residential roofs, soft-washing, painting, or general exterior home services. Must be comfortable working at heights and on ladders.

Network & Leadership:

Natural leadership abilities with a local network or the resourcefulness to source reliable extra hands/labor when roof jobs require a crew.

Driving & Reliability:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, plus reliable transportation to commute to our local base/meeting spot.

Safety First:

Strict adherence to ladder and roof safety protocols, plus care for customer property and landscaping.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to work outdoors in the Texas climate and handle equipment setup.
