Se habla español y puede completar la entrevista en español. Alta Vista Holiday Lighting LLC is hiring reliable seasonal installers for the 2026 holiday season. We provide professional holiday-light installation, maintenance and removal for residential and commercial properties throughout Stamford, Greenwich and surrounding Fairfield County communities. This is a temporary W-2 position running from late September through January. Both regular seasonal and part-time/backup positions are available. Pay and Schedule $23-$25 per hour, depending on relevant experience Paid training Core crew members may receive approximately 25-40 hours per week during the busiest part of the season Part-time and backup employees may receive fewer hours Hours are not guaranteed and depend on scheduled installations, weather and daylight Monday-Saturday availability is preferred Most installations take place during October, November and December January availability is required for light removal Possible end-of-season bonus based on attendance, reliability, safety and performance Responsibilities Install and remove temporary holiday lights on rooflines, gutters, trees, shrubs and other exterior areas Safely use, carry and position extension ladders and other provided equipment Load, unload and organize lights, laddersers, tools and materials Follow installation plans and crew-leader instructions Identify and help troubleshoot basic lighting issues Maintain a clean and safe job site Work efficiently with the installation crew in cold and changing weather conditions Requirements At least 18 years old Reliable transportation to the Stamford meeting point Comfortable performing physical outdoor work and working on ladders, roofs and elevated areas Dependable, punctual and safety-conscious Able to follow instructions and work well with a team Available through the installation season and for removals in January Able to complete the standard documentation required for W-2 employment Preferred Experience Experience in holiday lighting, roofing, gutters, construction, painting, landscaping, electrical work, exterior maintenance or other ladder-based work is preferred but not required. Paid training and tools are provided. Training Paid training is planned for September 21-27. Training may include a two- to three-day hands-on trip to Pennsylvania.
