Job Description
Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Person. In this role, you will be asked to preform property interior/exterior maintenance such as, but not limited to, lite electrical and plumbing repairs and assist with groundskeeping along with home turns as they come open that would require paint, lite drywall, and general maintenance. Your energetic approach will assist the site to operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently, creating a welcoming environment for residents. If you thrive on hands-on work, enjoy solving problems quickly, and possess a strong mechanical aptitude, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your talents. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of homes including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation. Conduct repairs involving residential painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, grounds. Maintain accurate records of maintenance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' repair requests professionally and efficiently. Skills Mechanical knowledge Proficiency in electrical work Experience with residential painting techniques for interior and exterior surfaces. Excellent communication skills in English/Spanish to coordinate with residents effectively. Able to work independently and efficiently.
