Equipment Repair Technician /

Driver Hours:

M-F 7am-3:30pm (Willing to work 10+ hours at times) Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record We are seeking a reliable, hands-on technician/driver to join our team and work directly with our lead technician. This position focuses on diagnosing and repairing stud welding equipment, along with making deliveries, supporting warehouse operations, assisting customers with equipment usage, and on rare occasions, helping in shipping. Essential Job Functions:

Welder Repair:

Diagnose and repair stud welding machines Troubleshoot electrical and electronic components including circuit boards, transformers, rectifiers, and inverters Perform preventative maintenance on welding equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals Replace faulty components and test equipment to ensure proper operation Maintain service records and report repair status Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters and other electrical testing equipment Work in shop or industrial environments Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. Technical training or an associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or Industrial Maintenance is a bonus Experience repairing industrial equipment or welding machines Driver / Delivery /

Warehouse:

Operate trucks with a maximum GVWR of 26,000 lbs. and tow a trailer Pick up and deliver products and equipment to customer job sites Instruct customers on proper use of SWP equipment Communicate with customers regarding delivery and pickup details Load and unload products at customer locations (items up to 70 lbs.) Organize deliveries, obtain customer signatures, and report any mechanical issues with company vehicles or equipment Assist in warehouse operations, including stocking and pulling orders Perform minor repairs on rental equipment as needed On rare occasions, assist with shipping tasks

Job Requirements:

Diagnosing and repairing stud welding equipment Valid California driver's license (non-commercial) with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED (preferred, not required) Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos Ability to write simple correspondence Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members Hard Working individual Preferred (Not Required): Experience driving and making deliveries Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
