Full-Time Join Our Team! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills, enjoy working independently in the field, and be committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. If you're a hands-on mechanic with experience repairing heavy equipment powered by diesel and gasoline engines, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction and industrial equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service on a variety of equipment. Repair and maintain diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, drivetrains, and braking systems. Respond to field service calls and perform repairs at customer job sites. Read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic schematics. Complete service reports and maintain accurate repair records. Operate service truck safely while maintaining tools and equipment. Communicate professionally with others regarding repairs and maintenance recommendations. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or diesel technician (preferred). Strong knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines. Experience with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting. Ability to diagnose equipment efficiently using modern diagnostic tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL is a plus but not required. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
