In this role, you'll maintain and repair a variety of equipment that supports environmental, industrial, and construction projects. Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections. Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical components, and fuel systems. Prepare equipment for customer deliveries and inspect returned equipment. Complete maintenance documentation and repair records accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with yard organization, equipment staging, and occasional field service when needed. This is a safety-sensitive role that requires strict adherence to all company safety protocols and standards. Prospective employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. What We're Looking For Experience maintaining and repairing diesel, industrial, construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and fuel systems. Ability to safely use shop tools and diagnostic equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop and outdoor environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with pumps, generators, dewatering equipment, or environmental equipment. Welding or fabrication experience. CDL or willingness to obtain one. Technical school or vocational training in diesel or heavy equipment mechanics.
