Job Description
Overview This position is responsible for equipment repairs, delivery and install of new products, and other various service tasks. Responsibilities Complete service calls as direct by Equipment & Maintenance Manager and service repair system Repair pumps, meters, and other lubrication equipment Maintain inventory of equipment parts and supplies Perform various maintenance jobs at company facilities Deliver freight to customers Pick up return merchandise from customers Pick up merchandise from vendors Prepare and complete equipment transfers Enter installation and service transactions in SX Service Warranty system Perform warehouse and delivery driver duties as needed Obey all safety guidelines as required by DOT and Rowleys Competencies Communication Self-motivated Timeliness Integrity Teamwork Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift up to 75+ pounds routinely throughout assigned work schedule, climb, bend, squat, kneel, and hold items overhead. The employee must have the ability to be on their feet for 8+ hours daily and be able to work in both cold and warm conditions. The employee must also be able to maintain a DOT medical certification. Required Experience 2-3 years of equipment of automotive mechanical experience Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Proficient in Service/Repair order software 1+ years of customer service experience Forklift experience Chauffeurs License (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Preferred Experience Welding experience Aerial lift experience CDL A or B License Hours This is a full-time hourly position with the potential for overtime. Dress Code Company provided uniform and steel-toed/composite boots with annual boot and glove stipend.
