minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate Role Description This is a subcontractor, on-site role for a Cleaning Technician based in Conroe, TX. You'll perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and waste disposal, with occasional work using equipment for floor care and carpet cleaning, restocking supplies, and flagging maintenance needs. We're looking for someone who takes pride in consistent, high-quality work and enjoys building a track record with a variety of residential and commercial clients. Qualifications Experience with general cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing) and specialized services like window, carpet, and floor care Familiarity with commercial-grade cleaning tools and products Strong attention to detail and reliable time-management Ability to follow health and safety protocols Punctual, dependable, and hardworking Able to lift and move equipment or supplies as needed Cleaning industry experience a plus, not required

Pay:

$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
