We supply professional landscapers and horticulture businesses with quality plants, mulch, stone, and other landscape materials. We're looking for a mechanic to join our shop team and help keep our fleet and equipment running smoothly.
Job Type:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hrs/week (overtime available) What You'll Do You'll work alongside our shop runner/head mechanic, who oversees maintenance and repair for a fleet of 100+ vehicles and equipment — including trucks, tractors, tractor trailers, Kubotas, front loaders, and other heavy equipment. You'll assist with routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, and learn to service a wide range of vehicles and equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their mechanic career who wants hands-on experience across diverse equipment, with direct mentorship from an experienced lead mechanic. What We're Looking For Entry-level to 2 years of mechanical experience (automotive, diesel, small engine, or equipment repair background all welcome) Strong interest in learning and growing within the mechanic trade Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Willingness to work on a variety of equipment types Valid driver's license preferred Benefits Tools provided Paid on-the-job training Employee discount Health insurance option Overtime available If you're looking to build a long-term career as a mechanic and want to learn from an experienced team working on diverse, heavy-duty equipment, we'd love to hear from you!
