Trailer Technician Are you an experienced Trailer Technician looking for a stable career with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth? Schedule Full-time Flexible scheduling options available • Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial trailers. Perform preventative maintenance, DOT inspections, and annual safety inspections. Complete repair orders, maintenance records, and inventory documentation. Diagnose and repair trailer electrical systems, brake systems, wheel seals, and suspension components. Perform welding, fabrication, and structural trailer repairs. Rebuild trailer walls, ceilings, and floors as needed. Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and service bulletins. Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience as a trailer technician, diesel mechanic, or heavy-duty equipment mechanic. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Experience with trailer fabrication and welding. Knowledge of brake systems, wheel seals, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance. Ability to read repair manuals and technical documentation. Must provide your own basic hand tools. Strong communication skills and commitment to safety.
