Service Hand Blueprint Fishing & Rental Compensation:

$4,000 per month + Bonuses Job Summary Blueprint Fishing & Rental is seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop Hand / Service Hand to assist with rebuilding, maintaining, and servicing Well Control Equipment. This role supports shop operations and occasional field service needs. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Rebuild, repair, and maintain Well Control Equipment following company procedures. Perform tear-downs, installation, diagnosis, repair, reassembly, and calibration. Complete pressure cleaning, component replacement, pressure testing, and painting. Receive, inspect, and check in incoming orders and materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment; dispose of materials properly. Restock tools, parts, and consumables as needed. Safely operate shop equipment including torque wrenches, calipers, overhead cranes, forklifts, cutting torches, and power tools. Support field service operations when required. Assist in training other shop personnel as directed. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and equipment issues using experience and judgment. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all company safety regulations. Build strong working relationships with shop, field, and office staff. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of mechanical repair experience (gas or diesel engines preferred). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver safely in a shop environment. Ability to operate or learn to operate cranes, forklifts, and other shop tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with measuring instruments and power tools. Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred. Must complete required safety training. Willingness to work overtime or adjust schedule when needed. Work Environment Shop environment with occasional field support.

Standard schedule:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime may be required based on workload.
