Lead a two-person installation team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Unload, position, connect, test, and demonstrate appliances to ensure proper operation. Troubleshoot routine installation challenges and determine effective field solutions. Protect customer property by maintaining clean, organized work areas throughout the installation. Complete installation documentation and communicate job status accurately and promptly. Operate Company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and professionally. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of residential appliance installation experience with the ability to independently install and troubleshoot appliances according to manufacturer specifications. Experience working with electrical, gas, plumbing, and ventilation connections. Mechanical aptitude and proficiency using common hand and power tools. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Ability to safely lift and move up to 100 pounds using proper lifting techniques and material-handling equipment. Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check. Construction, remodeling, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or related skilled trade experience preferred.
