Appliance Delivery Helper River City Installations St. Louis, MO Job Details Full-time | Contract From $110 a day 1 day ago Qualifications Customer service Moving Performing background checks Manual handling Full Job Description River City Installations is hiring appliance delivery helpers to assist with appliance deliveries, carrying products into homes, setup assistance, and basic install support. This position is ideal for someone dependable, physically active, and willing to work as part of a team. What You'll Be Doing Assisting drivers and installers with appliance deliveries Carrying and moving appliances safely into customer homes Helping with basic appliance setups and connections including, but not limited to washers, dryers, and refrigerators Assisting with appliance removal and haul-aways Using dollies, straps, and moving equipment safely Protecting customer homes during deliveries and installations Helping maintain clean trucks and work areas Completing delivery photos and basic paperwork as needed Supporting installers with loading/unloading appliances, measuring entryways, organizing tools, and maintaining safe work practices Requirements Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds safely Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment Good attitude and dependable attendance Ability to work well as part of a team Respectful and professional with customers Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Must have valid work authorization/work permit Appliance, moving, warehouse, or delivery experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Shifts vary based on route and workload Monday-Saturday availability preferred Pay is based on daily route pay and experience, not hourly. Opportunity for full-time placement may become available based on performance and business needs.
