Starting at $18 per hour (DOE) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances. The Appliance Technician will work both in the field and in a shop environment, handling equipment repairs and installations. Willing to train! Responsibilities Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens in various settings Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot appliance issues effectively. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions. Follow company safety procedures at all times Requirements Valid driver's license Interest in learning and developing technical skills Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs Ability to work in confined spaces and adapt to various environments Basic knowledge of appliances (training provided for the right candidate) Strong customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
