Job Description

Position Summary Responsible for the safe, accurate, and professional installation of built-in residential appliances. Ensures all installations meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Install built-in appliances (wall ovens, cooktops, ranges, dishwashers, microwaves, refrigerators, ventilation systems) Read and interpret installation manuals, schematics, and job orders Ensure proper measurements, fit, and alignment within cabinetry Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and ventilation connections Test appliances to confirm proper operation Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site Protect customer homes (floors, walls, surfaces) during installation Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate clearly with customers regarding installation and usage Complete required documentation and customer sign-offs Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry basics Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Skills & Competencies Attention to detail and precision workmanship Strong customer service and communication skills Time management and ability to work independently or on a team Mechanical aptitude and hands-on capability Professional appearance and demeanor Physical Requirements Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances (team lift as needed) Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing Ability to work in confined residential spaces Work Environment In-home residential settings Travel within assigned service area Exposure to construction, remodel, and finished home environments

$19.00 - $28.00 per hour
