Key Responsibilities Diagnosis & Repair:

Troubleshoot and fix household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, TV's and residential HVAC units.

Technical Execution:

Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to resolve electrical and mechanical failures safely.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate clearly with clients about repair options, maintenance requirements, and transparent cost estimates.

Documentation & Safety:

Maintain accurate digital logs of service calls, parts inventory, and work completed.

Qualifications & Experience Technical Skills:

2 years of hands-on experience repairing household appliances, refrigeration systems, or HVAC units.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical assembly/disassembly, and working with specialized power and hand tools.

Field Service Experience:

Demonstrated ability to work independently in client homes and manage daily scheduling efficiently.

Customer-Centric Mindset:

Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to deliver professional, and respectful service.

Driving Record:
