JOB TYPE
: Full-time Compensation $32,000 to $45,000/year guaranteed base, or commission earnings - whichever is higher, per pay period. Most technicians earn meaningfully more once route and speed builds up.

YOUR ROLE
: A year from now, you'll be running your own route - diagnosing and repairing major appliances in customers' homes, building a reputation for fast, reliable service, and growing your earnings through commission as your efficiency builds. Your territory is designed around your home address, so most days you start and end from home instead of driving to an office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Diagnose and repair major appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers) in customers' homes Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues accurately Install and test new appliances Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions about repairs, timelines, and costs Maintain accurate records of parts used and work performed on every job Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areas
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
Previous experience repairing major household appliances, or equivalent mechanical/electrical technician role Comfortable reading schematics and technical manuals Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - you are a guest in their home. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
