The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. They should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. What We Offer!! Engage with clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Maintain and perform work on air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines. Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service Titan and other trade software systems. Ensure that the work performed is aligned with industry standards. Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients. What will you bring? 3+ years as an HVAC service technician Residential HVAC experience Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems
