Job Description
Blair Heating & Air is looking for an experienced, sales-oriented commercial HVAC professional to help grow our commercial service and replacement department. This is a senior-level position for someone who understands commercial HVAC systems, can develop creative retrofit and replacement solutions, accurately estimate projects, and confidently close deals. The right candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with sales ability, urgency, and consistent follow-through. Key Responsibilities Evaluate commercial HVAC systems and identify service, retrofit, and replacement opportunities. Develop practical and creative equipment layouts and replacement solutions. Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, scopes of work, and pricing. Present solutions to customers and close profitable work. Actively develop new commercial opportunities and build long-term customer relationships. Follow up consistently on outstanding bids and respond quickly to customers. Help grow the commercial service and replacement department. Coordinate and manage technicians assigned to commercial projects and service work. Work closely with management, estimators, project managers, and field personnel. Maintain ownership of opportunities from the initial site visit through completion. Qualifications Strong commercial HVAC service, retrofit, and replacement experience. Ability to evaluate existing systems and recommend effective solutions. Experience estimating and pricing commercial HVAC work. Strong sales, communication, and customer-service skills. Ability to manage technicians, organize projects, and work within a team. Self-motivated and comfortable actively seeking new business. Strong follow-up habits and the ability to stay focused on bids and open opportunities. Professional, dependable, and able to represent the company well with customers. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
