This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead installation crews, ensure top-quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional service that keeps our clients comfortable and satisfied. As a vital leader in our operations, you'll utilize your extensive technical expertise and mechanical knowledge to drive project success from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects, ensuring adherence to schematics, blueprints, and safety standards. Oversee the assembly and installation of HVAC equipment including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and building automation systems. Diagnose electrical systems using tools like ohmmeters and perform electrical diagnostics to troubleshoot system faults effectively. Conduct mechanical systems repair and maintenance, including plumbing connections, ductwork setup, and equipment troubleshooting. Interpret HVAC design plans and schematics to ensure precise system integration aligned with client specifications. Train and supervise team members on proper use of hand tools, mechanical systems repair techniques, and safety protocols. Communicate clearly with clients regarding system functionality, maintenance needs, and service procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. Skills Extensive construction experience with a focus on HVAC system installation and repair. Proven service technician experience in diagnosing and fixing HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems. Strong understanding of schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design principles. Mechanical knowledge covering refrigeration, boilers, air conditioning units, building automation systems, electrical systems, and plumbing. Proficiency with hand tools, electrical diagnostics equipment such as ohmmeters, and equipment troubleshooting devices. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately for efficient system installation or repair. Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions. Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; familiarity with electrical diagnostics is preferred. Knowledge of HVAC system maintenance practices along with building automation systems integration. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a driver vehicle is required.
