• Residential Alterations and New Construction Permit Services
• Applications, Plans and Acquisition ideal candidate is EITHER existing HERS certified or is able to obtain certification upon employment. Job Responsibilities
• Performs HERS testing (ECC Rating) on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Completes registration of certificates in a timely manner
• Communicates promptly with customers and co-workers
• Applies for various types of permits
• Calls homeowners to set appointments
• Meet with city and county inspectors Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills This is a family business with flexible hours and competitive salary.
