Technician Certification Refrigeration Full Job Description Cellar Masters is a licensed contractor, and our sole business is the design, construction, and installation of climate-controlled custom wine cellars and wine storage solutions. Regularly serving Ventura, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Orange, and Riverside Counties since 1990, Cellar Masters has over 2500 custom wine cellars installed throughout California and greater North America. Cellar Masters is seeking HVAC Technician Service , experience with wine cellar equipment is a plus. Basic Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance on HVAC-R systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as necessary. Inspect and test HVAC-R systems for proper operation and efficiency. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC-R system malfunctions using various testing equipment. Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, thermostats, and coils. Communicate with customers to explain issues, service options, and maintenance schedules. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions professionally. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and equipment conditions. Provide detailed reports and invoices to customers, explaining the work completed and any further recommendations.
