We are a small, growing family business where the owners are directly involved in the day-to-day operations. We've built our customer base through quality work, honesty, referrals, and our reputation in the community. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a small-company environment, can work independently, and wants to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform HVAC equipment replacements and installations Run service calls independently from diagnosis through completion Perform maintenance and inspections Work on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment Determine appropriate repairs and clearly communicate recommendations to customers Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites Represent Lee's Heating & Cooling professionally and take pride in the quality of your work

Qualifications:

HVAC field experience required Journeyman-level experience strongly preferred Must be able to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC equipment Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Must be comfortable working independently without constant supervision Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable and able to work efficiently Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
