We're growing and looking for a Residential HVAC Technician who takes pride in diagnosing systems accurately, fixing issues the right way, and delivering a high-level customer experience on every call. If you're a technician who values doing the job right the first time and wants to be part of a supportive, team-focused company - this is a strong opportunity. Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Some overtime based on seasonal demand) Compensation $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience and licensing)

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems Complete preventative maintenance and system evaluations Clearly explain issues, repair options, and recommendations to customers Identify repair vs. replacement opportunities based on system condition Maintain accurate service documentation Follow all company safety standards and best practices What Sets You Apart You focus on diagnostics, not guesswork You communicate clearly with homeowners and build trust You take ownership of your work and minimize callbacks You manage your time effectively throughout the day Requirements 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in the field Professional communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain - fully reimbursed) Connecticut D or S License Why Central Air Established, reputable company with steady work Supportive leadership and team environment Access to advanced training, including manufacturer resources Clear path for continued growth and higher earning potential
