We are a small family run company. We are not sales driven so this means there is no sales men selling our jobs for a certain time allotment. We are looking for quality workman ship over quantity. Responsibilities Install and service gas furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless/VRF systems Read wiring diagrams, equipment specifications, and mechanical plans Lead and train junior technicians and helpers Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended repairs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Complete service paperwork and job documentation accurately Follow all applicable Connecticut HVAC codes and safety requirements Must have own tools to preform day to day tasks Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, and heating systems Ability to work independently and lead a crew Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Minimum of a Connecticut D2 HVAC license preferred EPA certification required Must be dependable, professional, and customer-focused We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round work Opportunities for overtime Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement Steady work with an established HVAC company Supportive team environment Contuses paid education training 401k w/ 4% company match Free life insurance
