Job Overview As an HVAC Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, system inspections, filter changes, and other routine HVAC maintenance services. You will play an important role in helping our customers keep their heating and cooling systems operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and eager to continue developing their HVAC skills. What We Offer $25.00 per hour PLUS commission 11:00 AM-7:00 PM 80% company-paid medical insurance Dental and Vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability 2 weeks of PTO 401(k) Company-provided vehicle Company-provided cell phone Company-provided iPad Company-paid gas card Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid training and continued professional development Long-term career opportunity with an established company Responsibilities Perform routine HVAC preventative maintenance and inspections Perform HVAC filter changes and basic system maintenance Inspect HVAC equipment for proper operation and identify potential issues Operate hand tools, gauges, meters, and other HVAC-related equipment Provide exceptional customer service during every customer interaction Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding work being performed Explain maintenance recommendations and system conditions to customers Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams Maintain a clean, organized, professional company vehicle Maintain proper truck inventory and stock levels Complete required service documentation and paperwork accurately Maintain a clean and professional appearance Follow all company safety procedures and policies Participate in ongoing training and professional development Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and coworkers Qualifications Previous HVAC maintenance experience EPA Certification required Valid driver's license required Strong time-management and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team Desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally ServiceTitan experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to work in residential attics, crawl spaces, garages, and other HVAC-related work areas Ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver HVAC-related tools and equipment Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work for extended periods when necessary Employment Requirements Candidates must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to employment and may be subject to additional testing throughout employment in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
