Ace Air Conditioning has been a trusted name in Central Florida for over 40 years. We are looking to bring on an experienced Service Technician in the next few weeks to support our residential and commercial service operations.

We offer:

Starting pay of $24-$30/hr. Pay Weekly Referral bonuses and other incentives. Company provided vehicle, gas card, phone. Full-time position, alternating on call schedule. Health Benefits; medical, dental, vision, paid life insurance, etc. HVAC/R Service Tech position is responsible for: diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R equipment failures and customer home comfort issues. Performing equipment sets, start-ups, condenser sets, and preventative maintenance. Proper completion of all paperwork & maintaining required levels of truck stock items. Selecting the appropriate diagnostic and repair charges from the flat rate book per company policy. Advising Service Manager or Coordinator if the assigned project begins to fall behind average repair times.

Requirements:

3+ years of related

HVAC/R EPA

Certification. Driver's license in good standing. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to bend, climb, push, and lift heavy materials.
