full-time Position Summary The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees while providing administrative support that ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. This role is responsible for creating a professional first impression, coordinating front office activities, and assisting with routine administrative tasks across the organization. Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate courier services.
- Maintain reception and common office areas in a clean and professional condition.
- Order and maintain office supplies, breakroom supplies, and other routine administrative inventory.
- Coordinate conference room schedules and prepare meeting spaces as needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and visitor coordination.
- Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist departments with miscellaneous clerical and administrative projects.
- Support company events, meetings, and employee activities as assigned.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Commercial Director & Human Resource Manager Key Performance Indicators

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support experience preferred.

- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
