What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems Inspect, clean, test, and evaluate system operation Check airflow, temperature differences, electrical components, drain lines, and overall performance Perform system startups on newly installed equipment Identify worn parts, potential breakdowns, and safety concerns Complete basic repairs and replace parts within your skill level Clearly explain system conditions and recommended solutions to customers Assist with system replacements and installations when needed Follow company checklists and processes on every job Use Service Titan to document work, upload photos, and close out calls Maintain clean jobsites, an organized vehicle, and a professional appearance What We Expect Previous hands-on experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician Ability to complete a standard residential maintenance visit properly Basic understanding of residential heating and cooling systems Willingness to continue learning and developing your technical skills EPA certification or willingness to obtain it Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail Ability to follow processes and take direction Respectful communication with customers and team members Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record A commitment to clean, quality work without cutting corners How You'll Get Paid Competitive hourly pay with performance opportunities Opportunities to advance into performance-based roles A clear path to higher earnings as your skills develop If you're willing to learn, work hard, and grow, you won't stay at the same level for long.
