Overview The HVAC Service Technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple commercial properties within an assigned territory. This role requires expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, ensuring high standards of client service and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repair services on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and associated equipment
• Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems, plumbing systems, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems
• assigned work orders using CMMS technology with minimal supervision
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, reporting conditions that impact client operations
• Travel to multiple client locations within the geographic territory using a company vehicle
• Plan and prioritize work assignments independently across multiple sites
• Identify and recommend energy savings opportunities through system optimization
• Maintain professional client relationships and communicate effectively with property management teams
• Perform building envelope maintenance, interior/exterior repairs, grounds maintenance, and parking lot systems
• Operate and maintain production equipment as it pertains to assigned facilities
• Study and maintain proficiency with various building systems, equipment, and emerging technologies
• Respond to on-call duties and overtime requirements as business needs dictate
