HVAC Service Technician - Commercial / Light Commercial Coastal Florida Mechanical, Inc. | Stuart, FL | Full-Time Build your career with a growing team Coastal Florida Mechanical (CFM) is an established commercial HVAC contractor serving Martin, St. Lucie, and Palm Beach Counties. Our construction side is well known across the Treasure Coast. Now we're growing our service department , and we want technicians who want to grow with it. If you've got a few years in HVAC, you show up, and you want to learn commercial systems the right way, we'll invest in you. What you'll do Run preventive maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, and light commercial equipment Diagnose and repair light commercial service calls: refrigerant, electrical, airflow, and controls issues Clean coils, change filters and belts, check refrigerant charge and electrical components Keep service reports and photos accurate and complete Communicate clearly and professionally with building owners and facility managers Take on bigger systems as you grow: VRF, chilled water, and building automation What we're looking for 1+ years of HVAC field experience, or HVAC trade school graduate EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred; we'll help you get it if needed) Your own basic hand tools Valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record Reliable, on time, and eager to learn Comfortable working on rooftops, in attics, and in Florida heat Nice to have: commercial RTU experience, familiarity with BAS or thermostat controls, OSHA 10 What we offer Structured training program covering EPA 608, VRF, chilled water, and building automation (BAS) A clear path from maintenance tech to lead service technician

Pay:
