Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off 401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Dental insurance HVAC Lead Installer Fort Pierce, FL | Full-Time | Year-Round $30-$36 per hour + Commission We are hiring an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team in Fort Pierce, FL. This role is responsible for leading residential HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, proper system startup, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Lead and complete residential HVAC installations, replacements, and change-outs Install and connect HVAC equipment, refrigerant lines, electrical, condensate, thermostats, and ductwork Perform brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, refrigerant charging, and system startup/commissioning Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and equipment issues Read and follow manufacturer specifications and mechanical drawings Lead and coach helpers or installation crew members Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Communicate professionally with homeowners and management Ensure installations meet company standards and applicable codes Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred Proven residential HVAC installation experience Lead or crew experience preferred Strong knowledge of split systems and heat pumps Experience with HVAC startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting EPA 608 Universal certification preferred/required Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, confined spaces, and Florida heat Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and perform the physical requirements of the job What We Offer Competitive Pay Full Benefits Package Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Year-Round Work Training & Advancement Opportunities If you're an experienced HVAC installer ready to take the lead and build a long-term career with a strong team, apply today!
