If you're ready to find your limitless - join us! Summary As a Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' HVAC systems. You will be responsible for performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance tasks, and minor repairs to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC equipment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hands-on work and a desire to grow in the HVAC industry. Essential Functions Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning). Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical components. Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues. Document maintenance activities and report findings to senior technicians or supervisors. Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct with clients. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. EPA certification required. HVAC technical training or certification is a plus. 1-2 years' experience in the HVAC industry as an apprentice or maintenance tech. Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components. Must be 22 or older Must pass MVR screening and maintain a good driving record Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in HVAC maintenance and repair. Participate in all company sponsored training classes. Work in and maintain a safe working environment.
