Criterion Plumbers is seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a journeyman license and comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and a commitment to providing excellent service. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC units in various settings, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install new HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. Perform routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems. Inspect and troubleshoot existing HVAC units to identify issues. Install necessary replacement parts on HVAC systems. Comply with industry safety standards and regulations. Document all work performed and maintain accurate records. Assist in other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements Qualifications:

Must have or be willing to obtain with in 1 week of hire date - Universal EPA Certiciate. Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service required. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training or apprenticeship preferred. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively with power and hand tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers. Must be able to handle physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various environmental conditions. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
