What you'll do Lead residential and light commercial installations: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, ductless systems, and the ductwork, gas, and electrical connections that go with them. You'll run your own truck, lead your helper, and be the face of Air Blue on the job. We do top-level installations only, and we back them with a real warranty, so you'll be working with people who take pride in doing it right. What we're looking for 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred (residential required, light commercial a plus) A self-starter who can run a job independently and finish it clean Someone who follows company policies and procedures and treats the customer's home with respect Ability to pass a drug test and a background check Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What we provide Fully stocked company service truck (take-home) All major tools Uniforms Work that never stops We can assist with some tools.
